She is a social psychologist (M.Soc.Sc.), work supervisor (STOry), a workplace conflict mediator, a doctoral researcher (UniArts Helsinki), a mindfulness-coach (CFM) and a musician (M.Mus.).
I combine 30 years of experience in organisations and teams with research knowledge from various fields of psychology and an approach that considers the person as a whole. This provides a foundation for developing working-life skills and organisational culture at both the individual and community level.
I am particularly interested in questions relating to workplace atmosphere, interaction and leadership. My calling is the comprehensive development of working life and the improvement of its quality.
Alongside analytical thinking and precision, I count among my strengths the depth with which I engage in the questions that matter to my clients. My approach is largely grounded in the view that everyone is the foremost expert on their own experience and reality.
I work with individual clients, working communities and teams as a professional supervisor and workplace mediator, as well as a coach and lecturer. I draw on mindfulness-based knowledge and tools as the situation requires. They can support the work whenever it is appropriate — either as part of a broader process or as a whole of their own. When needed, I can also draw on various supporting tools, such as the WorkPlace Big Five profiles, WorkPlace Nordic 360 and the Emergy Emotional Climate Audit.
